2nd Day of Sane

Breakfast: Smoothie-Spinach, milk strawberries, and a banana
Lunch: Chipotle Salad - Lettuce, chicken, salsa, black beans, sour cream, and guacamole
Dinner: Chicken seasoned with taco seasoning, romaine lettuce, carrot sticks, and ranch dressing

Snack: Banana and carrot sticks

Tip: Trust the plan. It works if you follow the food guidelines. The whole time I was eating my huge Chipotle salad I was thinking, "This is huge! Am I going to gain weight??? Can I really eat beans without gaining weight? This is huge!" I weighed myself at 6 pm and my weight was still down.
